(SOL13982) Description
Standby BIG-IP systems may overwrite gratuitous ARP (GARP) information sent by a node or pool member with GARP information proxied by the active BIG-IP system.
This issue occurs when all of the following conditions are met:
High availability redundant BIG-IP systems are configured to use a VLAN group.
A node or pool member sends GARP on one VLAN of the VLAN group.
The active BIG-IP system proxies the GARP to the other VLANs of the VLAN group.
