General Solution: Change in Behavior: The BIG-IP APM system does not log to the /var/log/apm file or the syslog server

(SOL13394) Old Behavior Prior to BIG-IP 11.1.0, the BIG-IP APM system wrote log information to the /var/log/apm file and a remote syslog server (if one was configured). New Behavior Beginning in BIG-IP 11.1.0, the logging system was changed to direct log events to the internal database on the BIG-IP system. This change was made to enhance the reporting capabilities of the BIG-IP system. Impact You will no longer see BIG-IP APM events in the /var/log/apm file or a syslog server collecting BIG-IP APM log
