(SOL14198) Description
The BIG-IP system may fail to create an SSL certificate when the certificate name contains a period character ( . ) followed by a suffix.
This issue occurs when all of the following conditions are met:
You attempt to create an SSL certificate/key pair using the Configuration utility.
You attempt to use a name for the SSL certificate/key that contains any of the following suffixes:
.pem
.crt
.key
